Karla Smith-Dr Herring is wonderful! He is very thorough! He has been the only eye doctor I have ever seen that prescribes eye drops and recommend a follow up to make sure the drops are doing what they are supposed to. To me, that really shows he cares about his patients. My daughter and I will not go anywhere else!
Donna Meyer-Just want to say you guys have the WOW factor. So thankful for all you did today. Kayla loves her contacts and how patient you were with her made all the difference in the world. It was refreshing to find an eye doctor and staff that cared more for their patient than how fast you could herd them through. I will be spreading the word about you guys to every parent I know. Dawn Shearin-I just want to say that Dr Herring and his staff are absolutely the best! Unlike a lot of the commercial eye centers that treat you as cattle trying to see as many people in a day as possible and sacrificing quality to do so, Herring Eye is one of the best I have visited. they are caring and professional at all times. I decided to try contacts for the first time and Dr Herring took his time helping me to find the right fit and strength to assure I get the most out of wearing contacts. I wasn't easy to work with but he hung in there with me and even though he says he can not guarantee perfection, he got as close as humanly possible and for that I am grateful and will recommend them to anyone that I see! Thanks everyone! You have made a life long patient here!

Regina Draughn- I recently visited Herring Eye Associates in Rocky Mount for an eye exam. It was a very good experience. Dr. Agen Herring was friendly, professional, and very thorough. The Optometric Tech, Acura, was very helpful and knowledgeable about insurance and other financial opportunities. This was my first visit, but it certainly won’t be my last. I would refer anyone that wants great customer service, professional, and thorough care to visit Herring Eye Associates.
Marcie Cooper- I appreciate Saturday appointments. They really fit my schedule the best. I truly appreciate that all my kids could be seen together. I appreciate that my child with Asperger’s finally was able to go to an eye appointment and not leave in tears for the first time.
