Patients will receive a copy of their prescription to take wherever they would like.

RevolutionPHR, our secure patient portal, provides an avenue for patients to review their current data and make necessary changes.  This allows you to take part in the management of your own eye care by having access to account balances, contact lens order status and pertinent exam information such as diagnosis codes, medication and allergies.
